I crossed the threshold to a size 0 this summer and I wanted to do a recap/refresher on healthy, realistic and permanent weight loss for women without starving or killing yourself in the gym to accomplish it.
Are you cut out for a size 0? Does your body type allow you to get to size 0 without going to any extremes? Absolutely. I'm 44 years old and once again, if anyone should be overweight, it should be me. I have all the right "unhealthy" predispositions in place to gain weight–advanced age, slower metabolism, less HGH, you name it, I should be primed for getting chunky.
