In Part I of this series I discussed how to change your eating habits and evolve into a completely different mindset concerning how you look at your food and the manner in which you eat it and enjoy it.

Let me just start out by saying I'm a 43-year old mother of 3 children and I am the same weight and size I was in high school. I'm not on any diet, I don't live in the gym, I eat whatever I want and I don't use food scales nor am I obsessed with counting calories.
