Commitment is a tricky thing with men. At various stages of a man's life, especially that of a high value man, he'll have varying attitudes towards commitment which ebb and flow based on his life experiences, how content he is with his personal success and the kind of women he encounters during these stages.
The vast majority of high value men play the field. Especially when they are young, good looking and have dozens of pickmes throwing themselves at them, they see no logical reason to commit.
