The running myth in red pill circles is that ALL women have orbiters they're juggling and entertaining in one form or another. That all women are sucking up all the free male attention they can bargain for wherever they can find it because they just can't help themselves. Attention muh queens, it's all about attention.
I would argue that nearly all women have men in their peripheral who are interested in them. However, not all women allow low value orbiters to hang around and orbit them with the purpose of siphoning off their low value attention.
Attention from low value people isn't appealing to high value people in the slightest. Even high value men keep low value women at arm's length and never spend much time with them, especially where anyone but a low value woman would notice.
